B: Hi, please take a sit. This meeting is because we need to choose our team carefully.

A: Oh, I see. Knowing that, we need a leader. Someone who takes charge. Do you have anyone in mind?

B: Actually, I do. I was thinking in Yamiliny, she’s have something that makes her a real leader, don’t you think?

A: Mmmmhh… you know, I haven´t thought in her, but she’s a very good option.

B: So let’s use her. Thanks for your opinión.

A: Yeah, no problem.

Task 8 – Writing.- You are a project manager. Write a memo to your Company manager stating who you want in your team (100 – 120 words). Make up the manager’s personal details. Talk about:

• How many people you want
• Wich skills are important for your project
• Who do you want in your team and why

Memo:

Hello, I am Marlon, the project manager of the company. As you know we have a new project in door and it is very important to make it right. The only way that it will works it’s having the team with the necessary qualities to do it rigth. Now I’ve said that, I need in my team 10 persons that have the next skills:

• Financial management
• Marketing, sales and customer service
• Communication and negotiation
• Leadership
• Problem solving
• Networking
