switch roles.

Task 8 – Writing.- You are a business owner. Write a memo to one of your
manageers suggesting that he or she adopt a new management style (100-120 words).
Talk about:
- What the employee’s complaints about the manager’s styles are.
- Why it is important to change the management style.
- Wich management style you recommend.
- Why you recommend this style.
Hello,
I hope you are having a good day. I’m writing this memo to suggest to change
your management style. The employees complaints were about your authorotorian
way to lead them. I expect that you take the recomendattions of all your
employees. This doesn’t mean that you are a bad manger, they just think that
you are kind of rude. Thank you for your attention.
