Task 7 - Speaking.-  With a partner, act out the roles below, based on the dialogue from Task 6. Then switch roles.

A: Hello, what can I do for you?

B: I need some help with this poster. I want to dislay our values but I only want to put 3 of them in there.

A: I´d start with honesty, i think that is one of our principal values.

B: It´s true! I´ll do that. Any other idea?

A: Mmmmmh.... I know, what about care of enviroment? We do that too.

B: You're right. Thank you, the last one it's going to be customer care.

Task 8 - Writing.- You are writing a website page about your company's core values. Using the poster and the conversation from Task 7, write a paragraph for the website (100 - 120 words). Talk about:

• What your company's core values are.
• What your Company endeavors to do.
• How your Company stays one step ahead.

Welcome to Software plus, we are a company specializes in fixing computers software and customer service. The values it's a very important thing for us, it represents what we are for real. One of our principal values is honesty, we always treat our customers in a way that they feel the trust to leave us their problems with no worries. Then we also have an eco friendly value, it's where we try to keep de eviroment using recycling bags and planting 5 seeds per week in a field. At last but no least, we always have as a priority our customer, we always try to answer all the questions they have and make them feel sure about our service.
